RedQuill Content Guidelines

1. Introduction

At RedQuill, we recognize the transformative power of artificial intelligence and are committed to harnessing this potential responsibly. As part of this commitment, we have established clear guidelines to prevent the generation of harmful or illegal content.

We utilize AI systems along with the power of community to maintain a safe and inclusive environment. We encourage you to be an active participant in upholding our standards by reporting violations and providing feedback.

If you come across an account or content that appears to break these Guidelines, please report it to us.

2. Age Requirement

If you are under 18 years old, you are not authorized to use our Service, including our Content Guidelines.

3. Content Policies

RedQuill is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.

The following are not allowed on RedQuill. This is not a complete list, and we have the right to remove any content that we find inappropriate. Any content that could put our community at risk will be removed. RedQuill has the right to close any account or remove content without notice.

4. Minors

Portraying minors in any inappropriate or suggestive context is strictly prohibited. Children or underage minors cannot be engaged in sexual acts or situations, bear witness to such situations, be shown considering sexual acts, or be shown thinking about sexual acts. Any material supporting, encouraging, or defending any type of child abuse and/or child exploitation is also not allowed.

5. Disturbing Story Content and Hate Speech

Do not post extremely disturbing stories involving themes, including but not limited to graphic violence, gore, animal abuse, severe injuries or human death, are not allowed

Stories where rape or ravishment fantasies are the predominant theme and primarily used for titillation are not allowed. Stories in which the receiver gets no thrill or enjoyment from the acts, or is seriously and/or permanently physically abused/maimed/killed are considered ravishment.

Do not post stories that are disrespectful, demeaning or otherwise harmful towards people or groups of people on the basis of their:

Religion or religious beliefs,

Nationality, ethnicity, or race,

Gender or sexual orientation,

Disability or medical conditions.

6. Beastiality

Sexual relations between humans and real-world animals is not permitted. Sex with fantasy or other imaginary characters is not bestiality.

7. Content Duplication and Impersonation

Stories must be original stories that you created or modified yourself.

Do not falsely label stories as having been created or endorsed by another creator or otherwise impersonate another creator.

8. Using RedQuill to Generate Stories

When using our text-based story generating services, all prompts and resulting stories must comply with our content policies. This includes, but is not limited to, restrictions on mature content as it applies to depictions of minors, illegal or violent activities, and disrespectful or offensive content.

9. Prohibited Story Generation Attempts

Attempts to generate stories that violate our content policies are strictly prohibited.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

Our moderation team actively monitors onsite story generation activities. Content that violates our rules, or attempts to circumvent our content restrictions, will result in appropriate actions, which may include content removal, flagging of the account, suspension of access to the story generation feature, or a ban from the platform.

11. Respect for Privacy and Permissions

Users respect the privacy and permissions of persons depicted in the content they create. Where necessary, users should consider obtaining written consent from individuals depicted clearly and explicitly, especially if the content will be publicly accessible.

12. Reporting and Accountability

Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate story generation attempts or results they come across. Reports can be submitted through our standard reporting mechanism, and should include relevant information to assist in the investigation.

Users found to be repeatedly attempting to generate content that violates our rules may face additional consequences, including potential suspension or termination of their RedQuill account.

13. Transparency and Appeals

Decisions made by our moderation team concerning onsite story generation are subject to the same transparency and appeal processes as other content on RedQuill.

Users can request an explanation or appeal a moderation decision using our Appeal Form.

14. Community Standards and Participation

We are committed to continuous improvement and maintaining a user-oriented and safe platform. As part of our community, we encourage you to contribute to these efforts by accurately tagging the stories you create and promptly reporting any content that violates our policies.

RedQuill’s Content Guidelines explains what kind of content and activities are allowed on RedQuill, and what kinds are not. These content rules apply not just on the RedQuill platform but also to any community features on our platform and on third-party RedQuill-related forums such as Subreddits, Discords, and other social platforms.

Among the key rules: Don’t do or post anything on RedQuill that is hateful or harassing, that seeks to harm others or yourself, or that seeks to exploit minors.

15. Reporting Violations

If you find content that doesn't adhere to our guidelines, especially concerning minors, please don't hesitate to report it.
